These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by AI Business Score ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at AIBusinessScore.com and conversionadvisor.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services Overview

AI Business Score provides AI alignment analysis tools for local businesses, including:

• Free AI Business Score — A monthly domain scan that produces an overall alignment score based on 132 trust criteria.
• AI Business Alignment Report ($19.95) — A detailed analysis of all 132 criteria with descriptions and recommendations. Includes enrollment in the monthly Alignment Advantage.
• AI Alignment Action Toolkit ($49.99/month) — A recurring subscription that includes weekly AI Alignment Reports, trend charts, weekly Alignment Opportunity guides, and the monthly Disruption Insider.
• Free Discovery Call — A consultation with an Alignment Specialist to define a scope of work for your business.

2. Account Registration

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from our site beyond what is provided through your account
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Submit domains you do not own or have authorization to scan
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our reports or analysis without written permission

4. Payments and Billing

4a. One-Time Purchases

The AI Business Alignment Report is a one-time purchase. Payment is processed at the time of order. You will receive access to your report immediately upon successful payment.

4b. Subscriptions

The AI Alignment Action Toolkit is billed monthly at $49.99. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the next billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

4c. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. For active subscriptions, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel before the new pricing applies.

5. Nature of the Score and Analysis

AI Business Score is not a guarantee of AI recommendations. Our analysis is based on extensive reverse-engineering and study of AI recommendation systems. However:

• AI systems evolve rapidly, and the criteria they use to recommend businesses change over time.
• Your score is a subjective assessment that reflects alignment with identified criteria at a point in time.
• Unlike a credit score, AI recommendation criteria are fluid and not based on static or historical data.
• We cannot guarantee that improving your score will result in AI recommendations, increased traffic, or revenue growth.
• Scores may vary between scans due to changes in AI systems, site content, API availability, and other factors.

Our reports and recommendations are informational in nature and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, scoring methodologies, reports, analysis frameworks, software, and materials provided through our services are the intellectual property of AI Business Score. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included content without prior written consent.

Reports purchased by you are licensed for your internal business use only. You may share your report with your own employees, contractors, or marketing consultants working on your behalf.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Business Score and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Business Score, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, and indemnification survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
