AI Business Score wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the refund terms for each of our products and services.

1. AI Business Alignment Report ($19.95)

If you are not satisfied with your AI Business Alignment Report, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at service@aibusinessscore.com with your order details.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

2. AI Alignment Action Toolkit ($49.99/month)

Your subscription may be cancelled at any time. Here's how refunds work:

• Within 7 days of any billing cycle: You may request a full refund for that billing cycle. Contact us and we will process the refund and cancel your subscription.
• After 7 days into a billing cycle: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days.
• Cancellation: You can cancel through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again.

3. Free Products

The Free AI Business Score and Free Discovery Call are provided at no cost. No refund is applicable for free products or services.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

• Your name and email address associated with the account
• The product or subscription you wish to be refunded
• Your order date or most recent billing date
• The reason for your request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
